Butter Naan

Ingredients to make Butter Naan

  • 3 cup all purpose flour
  • I tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3-4 tsp curd
  • 2 tsp oil
  • salt as per taste
  • Butter for applying on naan
  • Little amount of til
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make Butter Naan

  1. Take 3 cups of all purpose flour
  2. Add 1 tsp of sugar
  3. Add 1 tsp of baking powder
  4. Add 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  5. Add salt as per taste
  6. Add 3 tsp of curd
  7. Add 2 tsp oil
  8. Finally add warm water
  9. Make a soft dough
  10. Cover with a cloth. Let it rest for 2 hrs
  11. After 2 hrs. Make a small ball sprinkle all purpose flour
  12. Slightly roll it. Add till and coriander leaves
  13. Now press and roll it
  14. Heat the tawa add butter and cook one side of Naan and once again add butter on the top of it and cook the other side
  15. Very soft butter Naan is ready. Serve with any gravy. I have served with paneer Butter masala
