Ingredients to make Oats & granola curd dessert

  • 1 cup hung curd
  • 1/2 cup oats roasted
  • 1/4 cup almonds roasted
  • 1/4 cup peanuts roasted
  • 1 tbsp sesame roasted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey extra

How to make Oats & granola curd dessert

  1. Mix sugar and 1 tbsp water and heat to boil. Add honey, when the syrup reduce to thick consistency then add all the oats and nuts mixture.
  2. Mix it well and spread on a butter paper. Keep for cooling.
  3. once cold, break it roughly and kept in a airtight jar.
  4. Mix 1 tbsp honey into the hung curd and beat it well, it should look like a rich cream, add a pinch of cardamom powder.
  5. Cut the fruits in small pieces of your choice and arrange in the dessert glass.
  6. In the bottom layer pour some granola, then curd, after that set the fruits pieces, again add curd and top with oats granola and serve.
