Ingredients to make Cashew Masala

  • Cashew nut 100 gms
  • Riped tomato 3 nos
  • Tomato puree
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Kasori methi
  • Red chilli powder
  • Garam Masala
  • Green chillies
  • Fresh cream
  • salt as per taste

How to make Cashew Masala

  1. Roast the cashew and Keep it aside
  2. Make coarse powder of remaining cashew without frying it in ghee
  3. In a kadai add the riped tomato and cook it till it becomes soft. Let it cool
  4. Now grind the tomato
  5. Heat 2 tsp of ghee in a kadai add tomato puree and saute it for 2 min
  6. Now added the grounded tomato paste along with the grounded cashew podwer
  7. Saute it for 5 min by adding water
  8. Now add mirchi poder
  9. Garam masala powder
  10. Salt and 1/2 tsp of sugar ( optional )
  11. After sauting for a minute added green chillies
  12. Add kasori methi saute it
  13. Finally add the roster cashews
  14. Saute it for 2 minute
  15. At last add fresh cream your cashew masala is ready
