Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 1/4 cup of refined flour
  2. 1 /2 cup powdered sugar
  3. 1/2cup condensed milk
  4. 1/4 cup Milk
  5. 1/4 cup thick curd
  6. 1/4 cup of olive oil
  7. 1 piece of meetha paan
  8. 1 tsp of baking powder
  9. 1/4 tsp of baking soda
  10. Pinch of salt
  11. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  12. 2 to 3 tbs of tutti frutti
  13. Pinch of green food colour
  14. ,

Instructions

  1. 1 in a bowl properly mix the sugar and oil together and whisk it properly
  2. 2 sieve together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. 3 now add milk and condensed milk in the oil mixture. 4.blend the paan in the blender and add into the milk mixture and add pinch of green food colour 5 now slowly add the flour mixture into the batch of three with cut and fold techniques.. 6 grease the loaf tin with butter and line it with parchment paper.. Pour the paan batter into it and sprinkle some tutti frutti on the top.tap twice 7 bake the cake at 180°c at 20 to 25 minutes in preheated oven..Till the skewer comes out clean. Enjoy ur paan cake with tea or with icecream of ur choice.
