Instant spongy dhokla

Ingredients to make Instant spongy dhokla

  • Curd 3/4 bowl
  • sooji 1 bowl
  • water 1 bowl
  • Salt to taste
  • ggc paste(ginger,garlic n chilli paste)1 spoon
  • eno fruit salt without flavour 1 sachet
  • rai 1 Spoon
  • chopped or slit green chillies few
  • oil to temper
  • Coriander leaves for garnish
  • red chilli powder to sprinkle

How to make Instant spongy dhokla

  1. Beat the curd
  2. Add sooji ,water,ggc paste, salt.
  3. Rest for 5 mins by the time heat the steamer.
  4. Finally add on eno pack
  5. Put the batter instantly in steamer
  6. Steam on high flame for 8 to 10 mins.
  7. Check by inserting knife 'if it comes clear means it's done.
  8. Now sprinkle red chilli owed n slit the dhokla.
  9. Now temper with rai n green chillies.
  10. garnish with coriander leaves
  11. Serve hot with Chatni or sauce.
My Tip: U can make sandwich dhokla by putting any filling of Chatni or potatoes by same batter . Tastes best when served hot .
