Ingredients to make Curd rice

  • Steamed rice- 1 cup
  • Curd- 5-6 tbsp
  • Curry leaves- 12
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • urad dal - 1 tsp
  • Chana dal - 1 tsp
  • Dry red chillies- 2
  • Pomegranate seeds - 2 tbsp

How to make Curd rice

  1. Make soft rice and allow to cool. Blend the curd with salt & sugar as per your taste.
  2. Add rice in curd stir it mixes well.
  3. Add pomegranate seed & mix. Make tadka of mustard seeds, whole red chilly, urad dal, chana dal & curry leaves and add in curd rice. Freeze it & serve.
