Ingredients to make Aalan/Pithle
- (lauki) peeled and finely chopped - 1/2 medium cup
- 1 medium cup (200 grams)
- 3 medium cups (300 mililitre)
- 4-5 cloves peeled n diced
- cut into pieces 2 number or as hot you like
- (Besan) 4 tablespoon
- powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
- 2 tablespoon For making pithla and 2 teaspoon for tadaka
- seeds 1/2 teaspoon
- 1/2 teaspoon

- as per taste.
- For Tadka
- seeds few
- 2-3 diced
- dry red chili 1-2
How to make Aalan/Pithle
My Tip:It thickens after cooling. That's why prepare just before a few minutes of lunch/dinner. Consume hot.
