Ingredients to make Golap pitha

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup flour/maida
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cardamoms

How to make Golap pitha

  1. Boil milk and mix maida in it and prepare a soft dough
  2. Make sugar syrup and add cardamom in it for flavor.
  3. Make small balls from the dough and roll out each ball. Cut them into small rotis with a cutter in round shape.
  4. For 1 rose take 3 to 4 small rotis and shape it moulding it like rose petals.
  5. Deep fry the roses in oil and soak them in sugar syrup as made and kept before frying the roses.

My Tip:

Dip the fried roses in warm sugar syrup and take them out of it after some time.This will keep the roses look like fresh
