Maha Rajma

Ingredients to make Maha Rajma

  • Maa ki dal 1 cup
  • rajma 1/2 cup
  • curd 1cup
  • onion 1 large chopped
  • tomatoes 4 chopped
  • Green chilli chopped 1tsp
  • garlic chopped 1tsp
  • ginger chopped 1tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1tsp
  • turmeric powder 1tsp
  • coriander powder 1tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2tsp
  • coriander leaves few

How to make Maha Rajma

  1. Wash and soak dal and rajma for 6 hrs.
  2. Take cooker and except curd and garam masala add all the ingredients into it and cook for 1 whistle and then for 25 mins on low flame.
  3. Cool the pressure then mash the dal slightly and add whisked curd and garam masala.
  4. Bring to boil once and switch off the flame.
  5. Garnish and serve

My Tip:

If required add dry mango powder too 1/2tsp.
