  1. 1 cup curd
  2. 1 full banana
  3. 1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves
  4. sugar as per the taste
  5. Kala namak as per the taste
  6. 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a mixer add curd, milk, mint leaves, sugar, salt and grind it
  2. The banana mint chaaz is ready to be served
