Ingredients to make Curd cream roll

  • 1cup maida
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2cup hung curd
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Mixed fruit essence - 1/4 th tsp

How to make Curd cream roll

  1. Make a semi hard dough of Maida adding salt , oil and water.
  2. Keep it for half an hour. From dough , roll long ovel shaped roti. Cut 1/2inch width strip from it.
  3. Make spiral come with the strip ( using aluminium come as former). Deep fry the comes in low flame till crispy.
  4. Put on paper towel to absorb extra oil. Without bake crispy come is ready.
  5. For filling. Beat hung curd with sugar and mixfruits essence till it is creamy and fluffy .
  6. Fill the cone with curd cream ,using a piping bag.
  7. Spread chopped pistachio on the top. Indian way cream roll is ready to serve..
