ABOUT Summer Special Raita RECIPE

This summer special raita is very much helpful during scorching summers.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 no.grated cucumber
  2. 1 no.small sized chopped onion
  3. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  6. Red chili powder optional
  7. Black pepper powder - 2 pinch
  8. Thick curd - 250 grams

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add curd and whisk it properly.
  2. Add sugar and mix it properly till the sugar gets dissolved completely.
  3. Now take chopped onions, cucumber, salt and mix them very well.
  4. Now add coriander leaves and garnish it with black pepper powder and red chili powder.
  5. Enjoy it with tadka rice.
