Veggie Salad

Ingredients to make Veggie Salad

  • cucumber - 1 sliced
  • carrot - 1 sliced
  • capsicum - 1 sliced
  • Green lettuce - 3 whole leaves and 1 chopped
  • onion - 1 cut into rings
  • tomato - 1 cut into round
  • salt to taste
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • peppercorns cracked - ¼ tsp
  • Mixed herbs - ¼ tsp

How to make Veggie Salad

  1. Take a serving plate and lay 2-3 whole green lettuce.
