ABOUT Protein Salad RECIPE

A rich in proteins, fibre and easy to make salad is here!! A quick energy booster and filling salad is all we require after a long hectic day. Try out this salad as evening snacks.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chickpeas 1 cup
  2. Onion ( chopped) 1/4 cup
  3. Tomato ( chopped) 1/4,cup
  4. Green chilly ( chopped) 1 tablespoon
  5. Spinach leaves ( chopped) 2 tablespoon
  6. Pomegranate seeds 1 tablespoon
  7. chaat masala 1 teaspoon
  8. Salt ( to taste)
  9. Lemon juice 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Soak chickpeas in water for around 6 hours.
  2. Boil chickpeas with 4 cups water and salt for 30 minutes.
  3. Take out boiled chickpeas and add chopped onion , tomato and green chilli to it.
  4. Add chaat masala, salt and lemon juice .
  5. Mix well.
  6. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and chopped spinach.
