  1. Beetroots 2
  2. Cucumber 1
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Lemon wedge

Instructions

  1. Peel beetroots
  2. Thinly slice beetroots
  3. Make a slit on the radius of the slice
  4. Curl like a rose
  5. Do the same with cucumber Peel
  6. Add salt and lemon
  7. Serve
