ABOUT Chur Chur Salad RECIPE

Crispy roasted papadums crushed and mixed with salad ingredients make a good salad to munch on. Presenting Chur Chur Salad.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Papad 6
  2. Onion ( chopped) 2 tablespoon
  3. Tomato ( chopped) 2 tablespoon
  4. Coriander leaves ( chopped) 1 tablespoon
  5. lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  6. Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Salt ( to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet and roast papads one by one.
  2. Crush the papads into small pieces.
  3. Add onion and tomato.
  4. Add salt and red chilli powder and mix well.
  5. Add coriander leaves.
  6. Add lemon juice and serve.
