Oats & Whole Wheat Muffin

Ingredients to make Oats & Whole Wheat Muffin

  • butter - 250 gms
  • icing sugar - 250 gms
  • eggs - 5
  • vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  • whole wheat flour - 250 gms
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • oats - 20 gms
  • dry fruits chopped - 2 tbsp

How to make Oats & Whole Wheat Muffin

  1. Preheat oven 180°C for 8 to 10 minutes
  2. Grease muffins tray with oil & set muffins case.
  3. Take room temperature butter beat until creamed, add icing sugar beat again till sugar mixes well in butter.
  4. Take eggs, break in a jug & add vanilla essence.
  5. Add in one by one in the butter batter slowly, beat & mix well.
  6. Take whole wheat flour (do not sieve), add baking powder & oats.
  7. Add in mixture & fold them nicely, add in the chopped dry fruits
  8. Pour in muffins tray, sprinkle top oats & dry fruits
  9. Bake at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes.
  10. Check to see if the muffins are done, insert a toothpick. If it comes out clean then your muffins are ready.
