Chatpata Dahiwala Bread

Ingredients to make Chatpata Dahiwala Bread

  • curd 1 cup
  • Bread 8 pieces
  • turmeric powder 1tsp
  • red chilli powder 1tsp or acc to taste
  • onion 1 chopped
  • capsicum 1/2 chopped
  • ginger grated 1tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil
  • cumin seeds 1/4tsp
  • Rai 1tsp
  • curry leaves 1 spring

How to make Chatpata Dahiwala Bread

  1. Take curd add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix well.
  2. Cut the bread pieces into 4 parts each.
  3. Now add salt to the curd mixture and mix.
  4. Now take a kadhai and add few drops of oil then add cumin seeds and rai. When it splutters add curry leaves.
  5. Now add onion, capsicum and ginger and saute for few minutes.
  6. Now marinate the bread pieces in curd mixture and drop them in the kadhai.
  7. Cook until golden brown and serve hot

My Tip:

Cook on slow flame.
