FLAVOURED SHREEKHAND

Ingredients to make FLAVOURED SHREEKHAND

  • 3 - cups fresh Yogurt
  • 1/2 - cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 - cup chopped pistachios, almonds
  • 1/4 - tea spoon cardamom powder
  • A few strands of saffron
  • 1- table spoon warm milk
  • 2 - tea spoon kiwi crush
  • 2 - tea spoon pineapple crush
  • 2 - tea spoon mango pulp
  • 2 - tea spoon rose syrup

How to make FLAVOURED SHREEKHAND

  1. Take the saffron strands and soak in warm milk for 1-2 hours.
  2. Take the curd in a strainer or in a muslin cloth for 3-4 hours you will get a thick yogurt .
  3. Take one big bowl, and add hung curd, powder sugar then mix well, divide the curd in to five equal parts .
  4. Take one part and mix with cardamom powder and saffron milk, take 2nd part and mix kiwi crush, take 3rd part and mix with mango pulp, take 4th part and mix with rose syrup, take 5th part and mix with pineapple crush .
  5. 5.Take some short glasses and arrange the layers one by one .
  6. Keep it in the fridge for an hour.
  7. Garnish with chopped pistachio, almonds. Served chilled.
My Tip: If you have not fruit crush you can use edible colors and essences.
