Veggie Goli Bajje

Ingredients to make Veggie Goli Bajje

  • 1 small pack of curd
  • 2tablespoon grated Beetroot
  • 2tablespoon grated Carrot
  • 2 green chillies​ chopped
  • 3 tablespoon grated capsicum
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 3-4 curry leaves
  • 1 cup maida
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 2tsp Water (if required)
  • 3tsp sugar
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander
  • For the dahi dip-
  • 2 teaspoon grated carrots
  • 2 teaspoon grated beetroot
  • 5 teaspoon dahi /curd
  • A pinch of black salt
  • Coriander for garnishing

How to make Veggie Goli Bajje

  1. In a bowl take sugar ,baking soda,salt and add the curd
  2. Next step is to add the vegetables
  3. It looks as below
  4. Now add the the remaining ingredients
  5. The batter must be little thick and not flowy .
  6. Now pour the batter with a spoon in hot oil and fry until crispy
  7. Veggie Goli Bajje is ready
  8. Serve with tomato ketchup or dahi salad
  9. Mix all the ingredients of the dip together and garnish with coriander
  10. Serve the dish with ketchup and dahi dip
My Tip: If the batter turns a little flowy then add some rice flour
