Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 small pack of curd
  2. 2 tablespoon grated Beetroot
  3. 2 tablespoon grated Carrot
  4. 2 green chillies​ chopped
  5. 3 tablespoon grated capsicum
  6. 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  7. 3-4 curry leaves
  8. 1 cup maida
  9. 1/2 cup rice flour
  10. 2 tsp Water (if required)
  11. 3 tsp sugar
  12. salt as per taste
  13. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  14. 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander
  15. For the dahi dip-
  16. 2 teaspoon grated carrots
  17. 2 teaspoon grated beetroot
  18. 5 teaspoon dahi /curd
  19. A pinch of black salt
  20. Coriander for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take sugar, baking soda, salt and add the curd
  2. Next step is to add the vegetables
  3. It looks as below
  4. Now add the the remaining ingredients
  5. The batter must be little thick and not flowy.
  6. Now pour the batter with a spoon in hot oil and fry until crispy
  7. Veggie Goli Bajje is ready
  8. Serve with tomato ketchup or dahi salad
  9. Mix all the ingredients of the dip together and garnish with coriander
  10. Serve the dish with ketchup and dahi dip
