GRILLED DAHI KE KEBAB

Ingredients to make GRILLED DAHI KE KEBAB

  • 2 cup hung curd
  • 1 big onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp cornflour
  • 1/2 cup gram flour ( besan)
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi ( dry )
  • salt as per taste

How to make GRILLED DAHI KE KEBAB

  1. Take hung curd in a bowl
  2. Add kasuri methi, garam masala, green coriander, gram flour, black pepper, green chilli paste and onion
  3. take cornflour in a separate bowl
  4. Dust your hands with cornflour and make small kebabs out of the mixture
  5. Place the kebabs on the grilling pan
  6. Brush it with oil from both sides and cook on medium flame side by side
  7. Serve hot
  8. If you don’t want to grill it you can dust the kebabs with cornflour and fry it or you can cook on a non stick pan on medium flame from both sides

My Tip:

Place the curd in a muslin cloth and hang it overnight for best results
