Pineapple and Coconut Raita

Ingredients to make Pineapple and Coconut Raita

  • Fresh Yoghurt 1 cup
  • Tinned pineapple 1/2 cup
  • Fresh coconut,grated 1/4cup
  • Fresh corriender leaves, chopped 1tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/8 tsp
  • Curry powder 1/8 tsp
  • Dry ginger powder 1/8 tsp
  • Pink salt/coarse salt as per taste
  • Clarified butter 1/4 tsp

How to make Pineapple and Coconut Raita

  1. 8Add pineapple and coconut in yogurt and whisk well
  2. In a small pan take ghee/olive oil .Add mustard seeds as they start popping and change colour add ginger powder,curry poeder and give a stir Pour the hot contents in yogurt And serve chilled after 2 hrs
My Tip: Pineapple can be replace by seasonal fruit like banana,peaches,apricot,orange
