Moong Dal Dahi Vada

Ingredients to make Moong Dal Dahi Vada

  • 1 bowl of moong dal
  • salt as per the taste
  • 1 tsp jeera grounded
  • 2 cups of curd
  • 1 tsp Red chillies powder

How to make Moong Dal Dahi Vada

  1. Soak the moong dal for 3 to 4 hours
  2. Now grind the moong dal
  3. Now heat the oil in the pan and put the mixture in it and take out once cooked brown both sides
  4. Now soak the vada in water for about 2 hours
  5. Take curd in the bowl and stir and now place the vada in curd bowl
  6. Place those vada in fridge to cool down for half hour
  7. The vada is ready to be served
  8. Place the vada in a plate and now add salt, red chillies powder, grounded jeera.
  9. Garnish with pudina or coriander leaves and it's ready to eat.
