Ingredients to make 3 ingredients Baked Mango yogurt

  • Plain yogurt : 400 gm.
  • Condensed milk : 300 ml.
  • Mango puree : 1 cup ( of 3 large mangoes)

How to make 3 ingredients Baked Mango yogurt

  1. Puree 3 mangoes in a blender without adding any water till smooth. Keep aside.
  2. In a bowl, take yogurt, condensed milk and mango puree. Mix well with spoon.
  3. Pour in an ovenproof dish. Preheat oven to 200 degree C and bake for 30 minutes or yogurt is fully set.
  4. Remove and cool in room temperature. Then refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours or more to set fully. Enjoy chilled..........................
