Ingredients to make Cuban Cigar Rolls

  • Pepper jack cheese (grated )150 grms
  • Scarmoza (grated ) 50 grms
  • Jalapeno chopped 1 tspn
  • Roasted red bell pepper 2 No.
  • Crushed corn kernel 4 tbsp
  • Scallion (chopped) 30 grms
  • Cilantro (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Salt pepper to taste
  • Refined flour 1tbsp
  • Milk 50ml
  • Spring roll sheets 20No.
  • Oil to fry

How to make Cuban Cigar Rolls

  1. Mix all ingredients except last four.
  2. Make a batter of milk and flour to seal cigar roll folds. Spread spring roll sheets , add 2tbspn of mixture at the corner of sheet, roll it into cigar shape and seal the edges with flour and milk batter.
  3. Keep it in fridge for 1 hr. For chilling. Deep fry , and serve hot gooey and cheese cigar rolls
