  • 250 gms shrimp
  • 100 gms tight packed tofu
  • 1/2 shredded ice berg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup grated beetroot
  • 1/2 cup red baby radish , cut into thin roundels
  • 1/2 cup sliced yellow bell pepper
  • 1 Green Chili, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp Roasted peanuts, husked & crushed
