Ingredients to make curd disc sandwiches

  • Hung curd 1cup
  • red,yellow,green bell peppers finely chopped
  • cucumber finely chopped 2tbsp
  • carrot greated 1tsp
  • tomatoketchup 2tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Butter 2tbsp
  • 8 bread slices
  • two small steel bowl 1big and other little small
  • cheese grated 1tbsp

How to make curd disc sandwiches

  1. cut bread slices into round shape
  2. make slury of wheatflour and water
  3. 1tsp wheatflour and 1tsp water mix it
  4. apply butter on round slice
  5. apply wheatflour slury on sides
  6. keep another hole one slice on this
  7. keep nonstick pan on flame
  8. roast them on pan,applying butter
  9. flip on other side and roast that part too
  10. now prepare stuffing of curd
  11. take hung curd and mix ketchup in that
  12. add chopped vegetables to ketchup
  13. mix properly
  14. add chili flakes and oregano
  15. take roasted disc from tawa
  16. put some stuffing in middle of disc
  17. add some grated cheese over it
  18. bake it in preheated oven
  19. till cheese melts
  20. serve hot with tomato ketchup and green
  21. chutney
