ABOUT Pomegranate Raita RECIPE

This is a fruit based raita.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Curd - 1 1/2 cup
  2. Pomegranate Pearls - 1/2 cup + few for garnishing
  3. Mint Leaves - 5 to 6, finely chopped + few for garnishing
  4. Roasted cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  5. Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take curd in a bowl and beat lightly .
  2. Mix pomegranate pearls, mint leaves, roasted cumin powder, black salt and chaat masala into the curd.
  3. Mix all the ingredients.
  4. Keep it in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. After that garnish with pomegranate pearls and mint leaves.
  6. Serve with your desired meal.
