Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl of moong sprout
  2. 2 tomatoes
  3. 3 spring onions with stem
  4. 2 green chilies
  5. 1 bell pepper
  6. Handful of coriander leaves
  7. Salt for taste
  8. Pinch of sugar
  9. 1/2 tsp amchur pd

Instructions

  1. Chop bell into small pieces
  2. Chop finely tomatoes and spring onions
  3. Wash and chop coriander leaves
  4. Now in a mix bowl mix all ingredients
  5. Mix well and serve
