Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl of sooji
  2. 2 cup of curd
  3. 1 tsp of jeera
  4. 1 cup of onions
  5. Minute pieces of ginger
  6. Salt as per the taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the sooji and curd and little water as required in a bowl
  2. Keep it for 5 minutes aside.
  3. Now add little water in the batter and mix onions, ginger and salt
  4. Once the tawa is hot pour the batter in the form of dosa
  5. The instant dosa is ready to be served with chutney or dal
