Stir Fry Pasta Salad

Ingredients to make Stir Fry Pasta Salad

  • Whole wheat fusilli pasta - 2 cups
  • Onions - 2
  • Capsicum - 2
  • Yellow bell pepper - 1/2
  • Red bell pepper- 1/2
  • Black olives 1/4 cup
  • Broccoli - 3-4 stems
  • Tomato - 1
  • Frozen sweet corns - 1/4 cup
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt according to taste
  • Red chilli powder- 1/2 tbsp
  • Jalapeno sauce - 4 tbsp (I used Cremica jalapeno sauce)

How to make Stir Fry Pasta Salad

  1. Boil the pasta in a pan adding water and 1 tbsp salt.
  2. In the mean time boil the sweet corn in water for 2 minutes only
  3. Strain and keep aside.
  4. Chop all the vegetables separately and finely
  5. Now take a heavy bottom pan, add 2 tbsp of olive oil
  6. Add chopped onions in it and stir it for 1 minutes only
  7. Now add capsicum and both the bell peppers
  8. Keep stirring for 1 minute more
  9. Add tomato, broccoli, black olives and sweet corns in it and stir for only 30- 40 seconds
  10. Add salt and chilli powder in it
  11. Off the gas flame and mix well
  12. Add jalapeno sauce in it
  13. At last add boiled pasta in it
  14. Mix well and let it be cool
  15. Serve as it is !
