Cheesy Chicken Kebab

Ingredients to make Cheesy Chicken Kebab

  • Boneless chicken breast cubes 500gms
  • Processed cheese 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  • Hung curd 1/2 cup
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • 1 Lime
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tablespoon
  • Garam Masala powder 1 tablespoon
  • Pepper powder 1 tablespoon
  • salt as per taste

How to make Cheesy Chicken Kebab

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken cubes with ginger garlic paste , salt , lime juice for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl add the processed cheese, fresh cream, hung curd , chopped coriander leaves, garam masala powder, pepper powder and make a smooth marinate out of it. Now add the chicken pieces and keep the chicken for marination for atleast 3-3.5 hours.
  3. 3. Add the chicken to the bamboo skewers and set them in the grill rack.
  4. 4. Preheat the microwave oven at convection mode at 180° C , once the oven is preheated place the grill rack and bake the chicken kebab for 45 minutes
  5. 5. After 45 minutes the cheesy chicken kebab is ready serve it with salad or green chutney . ( Both way it's delicious ).
