Hariyali Paneer Dip

Ingredients to make Hariyali Paneer Dip

  • For the green paste
  • ¼ cup Chopped coriander leaves
  • 8-10 mint leaves/pudina leaves
  • 1 green chilli
  • Other ingredients
  • 3/4 cup curd/dahi
  • 1/3 cup crumbled paneer/cottage cheese
  • ½ teaspoon jeera/cumin powder
  • ¼ teaspoon chaat masala
  • ¼ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • For the Garnish
  • crumbled paneer
  • Pinch of red chilli powder
  • For serving (options)
  • nacho chips
  • Crackers
  • potato chips
  • mixed veggies (carrots, beans, cucumber), cut into long strips

How to make Hariyali Paneer Dip

  1. In a mixer/blender jar, combine chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilli. Add 1 tablespoon curd/dahi and blend to a smooth paste. Keep aside.
  2. In a bowl, take curd and add the prepared green paste. Whisk well.
  3. Now add jeera powder, chaat masala and salt. Mix well.
  4. In the end add crumbled paneer and mix.
  5. Garnish with crumbled paneer and sprinkle red chilli powder.
  6. Serve this hariyali paneer dip chilled with potato chips, nacho chips, crackers or your favourite veggies cut into long strips.
