Palak pototo stuffed puri

Ingredients to make Palak pototo stuffed puri

  • One cup all purpose flour
  • salt as per taste
  • palak boil half cup
  • oil one tsp
  • For filling-potato boil mashed three
  • salt as per taste
  • red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  • Green chilli chopped two
  • Garam masala 1/4tsp
  • oil one tbsp
  • Curd 1 cup mashed with salt
  • Khati mithhi imli chatni
  • jeera powder 1/2tsp
  • Black salt 1/2tsp
  • oil for deep fry
  • Sev for garnish

How to make Palak pototo stuffed puri

  1. For dough- add all purpose flour in a bowl
  2. Add salt, oil 1 tsp, palak mashed.
  3. Mix all together and make a soft dough with water
  4. For filling- take a pan add oil one tbsp.
  5. Now add jeera, boil mashed potato and red chilli powder
  6. Salt garam masala mix well. Turn off gas
  7. Now take two equal ball of dough
  8. Make two puri
  9. Put potato center of one puri
  10. And stick other puri on it with water
  11. Deep fry it in hot oil till crispy
  12. Serve- put this puri on plater
  13. Press with spoon slowly
  14. Add curd, chatni, jeera powder, red chilli, black salt and sev

My Tip:

Use raw palak puri if want to make instant
