  • 3 orange sliced ( peel & deesed)
  • 1 orange juice
  • 4tbsp honey
  • Small pc of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp rose extract or water
  • Pinch of salt
  • Mint leaves for garnish
  • Rose petals for garnish

How to make Morrocan orange salad

  1. Mix all the ingredients for syrup orange juice, honey, cinnamon, rose water and salt.
  2. bring to boil on low flame. Remove & cool completely
  3. Spread orange slice on a plate and pour over the prepared syrup
  4. Garnish with mint and rose petals. Serve chilled
