Kiwi flavoured baked yoghurt

Ingredients to make Kiwi flavoured baked yoghurt

  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1 cup minus 1 tbsp
  • Heavy cream 1 cup minus 1 tbsp
  • Castor sugar 2 tbsp
  • Kiwi 2 no.

How to make Kiwi flavoured baked yoghurt

  1. Hung curd for 15 minutes
  2. Preheat oven @180'c
  3. Make puree of a kiwi
  4. Take yoghurt add sugar , whisk it till smooth and creamy
  5. Add condensed milk and cream whisk it again
  6. Add kiwi puree
  7. Pour into an ovenproof container
  8. Prepare a water bed in a baking tray (pour 2 cups hot water in tray)
  9. Keep the bowl in the tray and bake for 25 minutes
  10. Rest it for 10-12 minutes at room temperature
  11. Refrigerat it for atleast two hours
  12. Serve with rest of the kiwis
