Minty Boondi Raita

Ingredients to make Minty Boondi Raita

  • 150 grams curd (of choice)
  • 1 cup of mint leaves
  • 1 cup boondi (gram flour balls fried)
  • 1 tspn chaat masala
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tspn pepper
  • 1/4 tspn cumin powder
  • Some pomegranate clean and washed

How to make Minty Boondi Raita

  1. Beat curd well
  2. Wash and chop fine the mint leaves
  3. Mix into the curd
  4. Take the boondi now, chaat masala to curds
  5. Add salt, pepper, mix well
  6. Put in fridge to cool
  7. Serve garnished with pomegranates and some mint leaves

My Tip:

Don't use sour curd as it spoils taste
