ABOUT Minty Boondi Raita RECIPE

Refreshing and cool mint raita with some boondi added to make it wholesome tastes wonders .Spiced up to a tangy taste with chaat masala salt and pepper. Lovely refreshing and filling too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 150 grams curd (of choice)
  2. 1 cup of mint leaves
  3. 1 cup boondi (gram flour balls fried)
  4. 1 tspn chaat masala
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/2 tspn pepper
  7. 1/4 tspn cumin powder
  8. Some pomegranate clean and washed

Instructions

  1. Beat curd well
  2. Wash and chop fine the mint leaves
  3. Mix into the curd
  4. Take the boondi now, chaat masala to curds
  5. Add salt, pepper, mix well
  6. Put in fridge to cool
  7. Serve garnished with pomegranates and some mint leaves
