Ingredients to make Chocolate

  • Dark compound chocolate - 1/2 cup
  • White Compound chocolate - 1/2 Cup
  • Milk Compound - 1/2 Cup

How to make Chocolate

  1. Heat water in a kadhai or big pan, keep another pan on it and melt all the three chocolates.
  2. Once the water in the bottom pan is at boiling temperature, switch off the flame.
  3. Mix it until you get a smooth paste.
  4. Pour this paste in moulds and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
My Tip: While boiling take care water should not drop in your chocolate paste.
