"SAVORY VEGE DALIYA

Ingredients to make "SAVORY VEGE DALIYA

  • 1,bowl daliya,
  • 1/2 bowl mix veges (carrot, french bean's, cabbage finely chopped),
  • 1 Onion's
  • 1 spring onion with stem
  • 1/2 bowl hung curd
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp zeera
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 green chilies
  • oil

How to make "SAVORY VEGE DALIYA

  1. Chop finely all the veges
  2. Hung curd in cotton cloth fr atleast 20 min
  3. Chop onion, tomatoes, green chilies n spring onion, cucumber n keep separately
  4. In pan put oil n add zeera
  5. When zeera crackles add Onion's n green chilies
  6. N saute it till it changes color
  7. Now add half tomatoes n all veges n saute it
  8. When veges r soft add salt
  9. Add daliya n water, cover n slow the flame n cook
  10. While daliya is cooking take hung curd in mixing bowl
  11. Add spring Onion's, cucumber, tomatoes, spring stem n salt, mix well
  12. When daliya is cooked sever it with the curd mixture
My Tip: U can add veges of ur choice
