"SAVORY VEGE DALIYA

Ingredients to make "SAVORY VEGE DALIYA

  • 1, bowl daliya
  • 1/2 bowl mix veggies (carrot, french beans, cabbage finely chopped)
  • 1 onions
  • 1 spring onion with stem
  • 1/2 bowl hung curd
  • Salt for taste
  • 1 tsp zeera
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 green chilies
  • Oil - 1 tsp

How to make "SAVORY VEGE DALIYA

  1. Chop finely all the veggies
  2. Hung curd in cotton cloth for atleast 20 min
  3. Chop onion, tomatoes, green chilies, spring onion, cucumber and keep separately
  4. In pan put oil and add zeera
  5. When zeera crackles, onions and green chilies
  6. Saute it till it changes color
  7. Now add half tomatoes and all veggies, saute it
  8. When veges are soft add salt
  9. Add daliya and water, cover and cook in low flame.
  10. While daliya is cooking take hung curd in mixing bowl
  11. Add spring onions, cucumber, tomatoes, spring stem and salt, mix well
  12. When daliya is cooked sever it with the curd mixture
