Ingredients to make Vegetable Biryani

  • Green Cardamom 2-3
  • Cloves 3-4
  • bayleaf
  • Maze 1flower
  • rice 1 cup
  • onion 4-5
  • Saffron a pinch of
  • vegetables of your choice(cauliflower carrot beans peas)

How to make Vegetable Biryani

  1. Grind Maze,Cardamom,clove.Dip Saffron in water In a pan take some oil and fry sliced onion till golden brown.Take out some of the onion out of it. Roast Dry Masala. Add Salt , Chilli and some water. Cover it with lid.
  2. Boil 70% rice sperately. Vegetables should be soft. Now do layering. Add vegetables , Rice,some oil , salt , chilly and onion.Add number of layers as you wish.Now cook it on low flame for 15 minutes
