ABOUT Chicken tikka RECIPE

This famous dish is a hot favourite of everyone and there is a version by many. So here is my version of it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boneless chicken - 500 gm
  2. Hung curd - 2 tbsp
  3. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  4. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  5. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  8. Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Chopped coriander 2 tblsp
  11. Mustard oil - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Whisk the hung curd with all the mentioned ingredients and marinate the chicken pieces in for few hours.
  2. Now put them on skewers and roast/bake them in the tandoor or oven. I baked them at 180℃ in a pre heated oven for 25 minutes .
