Fruit Raita

Ingredients to make Fruit Raita

  • 250 gms Thick yoghurt/Curd
  • 2-3 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 2 cups Chopped Mixed Fruits (banana, apples, grapes, pomegranate/anar, papaya etc.)
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom/Elachi Powder
  • 2-3 tbsp Milk

How to make Fruit Raita

  1. Whisk yoghurt until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar, elaichi powder and fruits to whisked yoghurt and give it a mix.
  3. Add milk if needed. Serve chilled.

My Tip:

The quantity of sugar can be adjusted to your taste.
