Ingredients to make Hung Curd Vegetable Sandwiches

  • 3 tbsp Hung Curd
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Bell Peppers(Red/Green/Yellow)
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • 1/2 Cup Boiled Corn Kernels
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 2 Chopped Green Chillies
  • 8 Bread Slices
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1tsp Dried Mixed Italian Herbs(Oregano, Basil, Thymes)
  • 1tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt to taste

How to make Hung Curd Vegetable Sandwiches

  1. First, rinse and finely chop all the vegetables.
  2. Add hung curd, mayonnaise, corn kernels and season it with dry Italian herbs, black pepper powder, red chilly flakes, salt and mix with chopped vegetables.
  3. Add chopped green chillies and mix well.
  4. Take bread slices and spread some butter on them.
  5. Assemble by spreading the 2-3 tbsp of curd and vegetable mix on bread slice and covering with another.
  6. Place the sandwich in preheated sandwich maker or Tawa. Grill till crisp and golden brown.
  7. Remove and serve with any dip or ketchup of your choice.
My Tip: Can add any vegetables and bread(brown or multigrain) of your choice to make it more healthy.
