Ingredients to make Homemade Mango Curd Ice-Cream

  • 1 Cup Hung Curd/Yoghurt
  • 1 Cup Homemade Paneer/ Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder/Elachi Powder
  • 2 tsp Icing Sugar
  • 6 tsp Mango Juice
  • 1 tsp Mango Jam
  • 1 tsp Mixed Dryfruits

How to make Homemade Mango Curd Ice-Cream

  1. In a bowl mix paneer and curd.
  2. Transfer it into a blending jar. Add icing sugar, mango juice, dryfruits and elachi powder and blend well.
  3. Transfer the mix into an Ice-cream mould or freezer-safe container
  4. Freeze for 10-12 hours. Garnish it with mango jam and is ready to serve.

My Tip:

Use thick or hung curd.
