ABOUT Yoghurt Malai RECIPE

A delicious Bengali recipe made with blended cooked rice, yogurt, and mixed fresh fruits.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500gm Curd or Yoghurt
  2. 2 Cup Cooked Rice
  3. 1 Cup Pomegranate
  4. 1Cup Sliced Kiwi
  5. 1 Cup Chopped Pineapple
  6. 1/2 Cup Sugar
  7. 1Cup Milk
  8. 1 Cup Condensed Milk
  9. 1 Cup Cream

Instructions

  1. Blend cooked rice into a smooth paste. Add Cream, Condensed milk, and sugar blend each ingredient adding one by one into a smooth paste. Transfer it to a bowl and add milk and mix slowly.
  2. Top it with all the chopped and sliced fruits. Freeze for 60 minutes. Enjoy
