ABOUT Moongdal Papad Mix RECIPE

Quick and simple recipe with very few basic ingredients. The best way to eat is with ghee and hot rice, It can also be made as a papad by just making it as a roti, and dry it.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Moong Daal 1 cup
  2. Red Chilly Powder 1tsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Hing 1tsp
  5. Water 2tbsp
  6. Cooking oil 1/4 Cup

Instructions

  1. Grind moong dal into fine powder.
  2. Take powder in a big vessel and add all ingredients one after the other.
  3. Add oil and knead the dough nicely until oil is totally absorbed.
  4. Make small balls as shown in the picture for easy serving.
