Ingredients to make Aam ka Fajita

  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 Cup mango juice
  • 2-3tsp sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 1tsp oil
  • 1/2tsp Cummin seeds or jeera
  • 1/4tsp hing

How to make Aam ka Fajita

  1. Blend buttermilk and mango juice well.
  2. Add sugar and salt. Mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a Pan. Add jeera and Hing allow them to crackle.Pour buttermilk and mango juice mix. mix well and on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes. Do not boil the mixture.
