ABOUT Lime Tuna salad RECIPE

Tuna salad is very quick and easy to make, as well as being very versatile from light and sweet to heavier and spicy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled Tuna or Basa Fillet 2pcs
  2. Chopped Lettuce 2Cup
  3. Chopped Jalapeno 1Cup
  4. mayonnaise 2tbsp
  5. Sliced Cucumber 2Cup
  6. Sliced Tomato 2Cup
  7. Sliced Onion 2Cup
  8. Sliced Olive 2Cup
  9. Sliced Kiwi 2Cup
  10. Avocado 1
  11. Chopped Lime Leaf 2tsp
  12. Chopped Broccoli 1Cup
  13. BabyCorn 1Cup
  14. Black Pepper to taste
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Chili Flakes 1/2tsp
  17. Honey 1tsp
  18. Olive Oil 1tbsp
  19. Lime Juice 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix tuna, lime juice, and chili flakes. Bake for 3-4 minutes in the microwave.
  2. in a large salad bowl, Combine baked and mashed tuna, all the vegetables, Avacado, olives, Kiwi, Jalapenos, olive oil, mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle honey on top. Toss well and serve chilled.
