Ingredients to make healthy mayonnaise sandwich

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • finely chopped capsicum grated carrot chopped onion
  • 2 green chilli 1 tbsp chopped tomato boiled corn salt

How to make healthy mayonnaise sandwich

  1. take all the ingredients in a mixing bowl,& make mayonnaise spread,
  2. apply on one side of a bread piece evenly,cover with another slice.
  3. now apply some butter /ghee/olive oil whatever you like or without butter or ghee roast these sandwiches on griller / tawa.
  4. now cut the sandwiches in triangle shape,serve hot with tomato sause

My Tip:

instead of mayonnaise you can use hung curd with garlic or without garlic.
