Chicken Tikka

Ingredients to make Chicken Tikka

  • Boneless chicken 250gm
  • Marination
  • Curd 1cup
  • Ginger and Garlic Paste 2tsp
  • haldi 1tsp
  • Chili powder 1tsp
  • Dhania powder 1tsp
  • Garam masala 2tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 1
  • Kasuri Methi 1/2tsp
  • Diced Onion 1
  • Diced Capsicum 1

How to make Chicken Tikka

  1. Marinate the chicken with the marination ingredients for about 8 hours preferably overnight.
  2. Preheat a grill for high heat. Lightly oil the grill grate. Thread chicken, Onion, and capsicum onto skewers, and discard marinade. Grill until juices run clear, about 5 minutes on each side. Transfer to a serving platter, and garnish with fresh coriander.
